Positions at GR Host

Support Technician: Provide customers with Dashboard Password Resets, Basic Server & DNS Troubleshooting, Basic Technical Support.

  • Help with WordPress login & basic plugin support.
  • Explain server resource utilization and plan limitations.
  • Provide users with high-quality training material or guidance.
  • Execute Customer-requested Backups & Restores.

Cloud Technician: Deploy, Tune, and Troubleshoot Customer Servers, plus provide an escalated support for Support Technicians.

Billing Technician: Process Quotes, Invoices, Refunds, Cancellation, and other billing related issues.

Employment Requirements

  • Legal to work in the United States.
  • 16 Years or older.
  • Stable Internet connection.
    • 25 Mbps Download, 10 Mbps Upload
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication in English.
    • Other languages are a huge bonus!
  • Strong or Growing Technical Skills
