7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

GR Host offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on new service purchases, including setup and migration fees (such as our WordPress Migration Service). If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

Exclusions:

Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable at any time, in accordance with domain registry policies. The money-back guarantee applies only to a customer’s first purchase of a given service. Renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases are not eligible.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted with at least 1 day’s notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations are processed at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise requested. To cancel a service, please submit a cancellation request through your GR Core account portal or by contacting [support email/ticketing link].

Refunds After the 7-Day Window

After the initial 7-day money-back guarantee period has passed, cancellations are eligible for a prorated refund of unused service time for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Prorated amounts are calculated based on the number of unused days remaining in the billing cycle.

Setup fees, migration fees, and one-time service charges are non-refundable after the 7-day window.

Domain registrations and renewals remain non-refundable.

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued, at the customer’s choice, either: Back to the original payment method, or As account credit applied to the customer’s GR Host account for future services.

Please indicate your preference when submitting a refund or cancellation request. Refunds to the original payment method may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Service Suspension and Termination

GR Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of our [Acceptable Use Policy / Terms of Service]. Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of suspension or termination due to a violation of GR Host’s policies.
